Our Patio Apartment Sleeps 2 to 4 persons with sufficient space for a cot or a single bed (Non-Smoking)
Situated on the Ground Floor, the interior is on one level except for 1 small step up to the shower room. All floors of the Patio Apartment are tiled.
Entrance door from your private part of the gardens leading into large combined living and dining room plus kitchen.
For Relaxing: Squashy sofa and armchair with soft cushions; rugs, coffee table; satellite TV, DVD. There is a supply of books, some magazines plus playing cards and board games, we also provide a binder with plenty of local information, advice and tourist office brochures on the bookshelves.
Eating Area: Wooden dining table and chairs.
Kitchen Area: Fully fitted hand-built kitchen with locally quarried granite worktop. Sink and drainer; fridge/freezer; full size electric fan-assisted oven; 4 burner gas hob; microwave and extractor chimney. Electric coffee maker; kettle and toaster. Plenty of tools and equipment to produce wonderful meals with easily obtainable fresh local produce. Full complement of kitchen utensils, china and cutlery. Hand and drying-up towels.
Bedroom with king-size bed which has cotton sheets and pillowcases, pillows and duvet. Bedside tables and lamp, rugs, fitted wardrobes with shelving, dressing table and bench seat. There is plenty of space for a cot and/or a child’s bed – please state any special requirements when making your reservation.
Shower Room: Spacious with glazed 80cm shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with mirror over. Ladder radiator for your towel; hooks, shaver/electric toothbrush socket, and shelving.
The apartment is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and at the beginning of any subsequent week(s). Mid week, all kitchen and bathroom towels can be changed if you wish, bedlinen is changed at the end of the first and any subsequent week.
Each occupant is supplied with a bath towel, hand towel and face cloth.

Outside: Your large secluded and private terrace with basket chairs and table for al fresco meals (Smoking IS allowed out here as it is your personal area)
Communal Areas: There are 5 steps up to the barbecue house which also has a wood-fired oven ( to start you off, we supply some charcoal and logs which are sourced locally); there are more dining tables and chairs, plus the gardens, garaging and a chlorine free saltwater pool.
There is alternative access to those few steps for any disabled visitors who may find them difficult.
Fully walled and gated pool area with broad, shallow Roman Steps leading into the chlorine free saltwater swimming pool – swimming area of 5 metres x 10 metres, maximum depth 2 metres – the surrounding broad paved terraces are supplied with plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.
Smoking may be permitted in the gardens provided there are no objections from any other visitors.
